About The Pro Tool Kit

Better tools should give you time back.

The Pro Tool Kit exists to help professionals, business owners, operators, and practical teams choose software, hardware, AI tools, automations, and workflows that make work clearer instead of more complicated.

The Person Behind It

Hi, I am Si Fisher.

I am a Computer Science graduate, the founder of The Pro Tool Kit, and a long-time marketing specialist and tech trainer based on Whidbey Island, Washington.

For years I have worked inside real professional workflows: training people on CRMs, writing SOPs, building marketing systems, evaluating tools against real workflow needs, explaining software, and helping busy people get practical value out of technology they already paid for.

That is the lens behind TPTK. The goal is not to collect shiny tools. The goal is to find what actually helps someone work better, follow up faster, avoid wasted spend, and get home with less unfinished admin hanging over them.

How TPTK Thinks

Start with the workflow, then choose the tool.

A useful recommendation starts with the job the tool has to do: capture a lead, organize records, secure an account, compare a platform, automate a repeat task, or make a decision easier.

Specific Problems

Search intent comes first

TPTK pages are built around the questions professionals actually ask before buying, switching, automating, or rebuilding a workflow.

Evidence and fit

Say what was verified

Most TPTK guides reconcile primary sources with real workflow constraints. When TPTK relies on documented hands-on use or a preserved workflow test, the page identifies that evidence and its limits.

Implementation

Advice should lead somewhere

When an article is not enough, TPTK can help with websites, SEO, AI employees, automations, forms, CRM paths, and internal systems.

What The Site Covers

Software, hardware, AI, websites, and business systems.

The real estate technology lane came first because that is where my applied training background runs deepest. But TPTK is now broader than real estate.

The site covers small-business software, AI tools, automation, websites, SEO, lead follow-up, hardware, office gear, security, operations, and practical tools for professionals who need clearer decisions.

  • Software reviews, comparisons, alternatives, and pricing guides.
  • AI tools, digital employees, lead follow-up, and workflow automation.
  • Hardware, office gear, field tools, and practical workstation decisions.
  • Service paths for websites, SEO, automations, custom AI employees, and internal tools.
The Standard

Useful beats flashy.

If a tool does not save time, reduce stress, improve follow-up, protect the business, clarify a decision, or help someone make more money, it probably does not belong in the toolkit. TPTK is built around that practical standard.
