Free: The Real Estate CRM Comparison Spreadsheet (2026)
Eleven CRMs compared on real price, contract length, setup fees, and cancel-anytime terms — sourced from our official-page audit. Sort and filter it your way. Enter your email and we’ll send it.
Most real estate CRMs still do not publish a clear price. We checked 12 real estate CRM and lead-platform vendors against their official pricing pages. Six published actual prices, five pushed buyers into a demo or request-pricing flow, and one major legacy CRM is being discontinued.

Real estate CRM pricing transparency data
We counted a vendor as transparent only when a buyer could find a specific dollar figure on an official vendor page without booking a call. “Demo required” means the official page either asked the buyer to request pricing, schedule a demo, compare packages without a dollar figure, or otherwise withheld the number.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss | Publishes price | $69/user/month | 14-day trial | No contracts or setup fees stated on pricing page. |

Pricing can change quickly. This table reflects the official pages and public sources re-checked on July 8, 2026. We intentionally excluded third-party “typical cost” estimates from the main table unless the vendor itself published the number.
What counted as pricing transparency
A vendor earned the “publishes price” label when a buyer could see a dollar amount for a real estate CRM, CRM-plus-website, or real estate lead platform package on the vendor’s own page. The cleanest examples were Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, IXACT Contact, Sierra Interactive, Top Producer, and Real Geeks.
We did not count vague language such as “plans that fit your stage,” “compare packages,” “request pricing,” “get a personalized demo,” or “contact sales” as transparent pricing. Those may be reasonable sales motions for complex lead-generation platforms, but they do not let an agent compare costs without entering a sales process.
Why this matters for agents and teams
Demo-gated pricing slows comparison
Agents cannot build a clean shortlist when every quote requires a calendar call. That creates friction before buyers know whether the product is even in budget.
Lead platforms are hard to compare
All-in-one platforms often bundle CRM, IDX website, ads, lead routing, and nurture. Asking for CRM-only cost helps compare them against transparent standalone CRMs.
Public prices create a benchmark
The transparent vendors give agents a realistic baseline: basic real estate CRM pricing often starts under $100/month, while website-and-lead systems usually cost more.
How to use this before a demo
- Set a public-pricing benchmark first. Before booking three demos, compare the quote against vendors that publish pricing: Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, IXACT Contact, Sierra Interactive, and Top Producer.
- Ask for three numbers in writing. Monthly platform cost, per-user cost, and setup fee. If the platform includes lead generation, ask for the CRM-only cost separately.
- Separate software from ad spend. A CRM subscription, IDX website, paid lead budget, lead concierge service, and onboarding fee are different costs even when they appear in one sales proposal.
- Confirm contract length and cancellation terms. A lower monthly quote may not be cheaper if it requires a long contract, setup fee, or paid migration path.
